Rushing, Pinestream ran past the WindClan bourder over to the towering Highstones. How could he have forgotten that tonight was the medicine cat meeting at the moonstone? Pinestream was glad that WindClan was the closest to the Moonstone, if he was late, then he could be there quick. Suddenly he stopped and looked back at his home. Please let Brightpool be okay with caring for Mossystar... Then Pinestream dashed on until he could see the dark cave that lead him to the moonstone. Surprissingly, no one was standing at Highstones waiting for him. Relif flooded his body and Pinestream waited for the others.

Junipertip rushed on, with Russetstone. She briskly ran through-leaving Russetstone behing-, to Pinestream, "Hello Pinestream, are we the only ones here at the moment?" she mewed glancing around the area.

Pinestream turned to see Russetstone and Junipertip. He smiled and flicked his tail in greeting. "It seems so." Wondering where everyone else was, he changed the subject. "So, anything big happen to your clan?" It was nice that the Medicine cats could share information and know that there would only be paws waiting to help and share good news here.

Dawnstorm, the ShadowClan medicine cat, padded up to the other cats, waving her ginger and brown tail in greeting. Russetstone began to travle towards her mentor, when she saw the ShadowClan medicine cat.

"Good evening, Dawnstorm. How's life in ShadowClan?" she asked.

"Everythings fine." she purred. "Littlemask will have her litter soon."

"Really? Thats great!" Russetstone meowed. It was always good for kits to come into the Clan, but then she thought of Twistedstars kits and a nervous look flashed across her face.

"Something wrong?" asked Dawnstorm concernedly.

Russetstone shook her head, "Nope, everythings fine with ThunderClan. Morningdew had hr kits recently."

Dawnstorm nodded."Lets go meet up with the others."

Pinestream heard a twig snap and turned to see Dawnstorm and Russetstone. "Welcome!" He mewed full-heartedly. "Well, should we get started now?" He asked, waiting for the others thoughts. The moon hung silently above Pinestream's tabby head. It was almost time to share tounges with StarClan.

Junipertip led the way, she padded up to the vibrantly shining stone, lay down. Her nose was ice cold, she faded into the mist.
"Welcome." said Gentleleaf, Junipertip's mentor.

Russetstone padded after her mentor, her tail twitching with excitement. She couldn't wait to talk with StarClan! This meeting would be espicially important, what with Darkstar and Twistedstars kits and all. The medicine cat apprentice setteled down beside her mentor, touching her nose gently to the moonstone. She saw Gingerfoot, her mother, and cried out in greif, remembering the fire that had destroyed her.

Dawnstorm nodded and padded aafter the ThunderClan cats. Something was tugging at her paws, making her want to get to the monstone soon. Something was troubling her, but what she was yet to find out. Dawnstorm layed down next to the moonstoen a little wasy away from Junipertip and Russetstone, and touched her nose to the stone, waiting to be sent to sleep by StarClan and share dreams with them.

Pinestream started travling through the darkened abyse of Mother Mouth, letting his whiskers lightly pass the ragged stone walls. His tabby paws stung with pure ice as a slight draft blew across his pelt. Tonight must be importiant... Pinestream thought, he could almost hear his ansestors calling his name. Then, Pinestream's green eyes lit up with a eerie glow. It was the Moonstone, illuminated by the Stars and the Moonlight. Without any hesitation, Pinestream let himself fall into a dark sleep, culing up agient the Moonstone.

"Mintpaw!" He called out, seeing his dead sister padding toward him. Mintpaw had been a Medicine Cat Apprentice before him and beacuse of her, Pinestream had taken her place. But her face was cold and pale. A dark and chilling mist flew from behind Mintpaw. It felt as cold as ice agienst his paws. "Mintpaw, What is going on?"

Dawnstorm looked around. She was at fourtrees, but it was icy cold, and there were no stars out. What was happening? Had StarClan abandond them? She shook her head immediately. Of course StarClan hadn't abandond the,. They couldn't, they wouldn't! The air was still, and Dawnstorm began to panic. A voice hissed in her ear, making her jump, "Take heed of my words, Dawnstorm! All the clans should be wary of Dark and Twisted kits that hold their very existance in their paws!"

Dawnatorm looked around, trying to locate who was speaking, but she saw no one. Suddenly, yowles of cats in pain echoed around her, and it began to rain. Her green eyes grew wide, and her tail fluffed out in fear. This was not rain. it was blood!

Russetstone raced up to her mother, but suddenly a wall of flames shot up, and Rusetstone singed her muzzle, making her yowl and leap back in suprise. The sound of wailing cats echoed around her, but loudest of all was her mothers voice, "Beware Russetstone! Beware! The kits of the Twisted hold the clans in their paws!"
Russetstone crouched low to the ground, and she smelled blood, cats blood. The wailing sound grew louder, and the scent of blood grew stronger, and Russetstone only had to gues once which kits the prophecy was refering to. Twistedstars kits.
